In this video, I explain the complete physical and medical test process for ASF Jobs 2025. Whether you are applying for Corporal or ASI, you must pass these tests to get hired! 📌 IN THIS VIDEO:1️⃣ Running Test Details: Boys: You need to run 1 Mile (1.6 km) in 7:30 minutes. (Aim for 6:30 mins to be safe!) Girls: You need to run 1 Mile in 10 minutes. Tip: Start slow and sprint the last 5120 meters! 2️⃣ Push-ups & Sit-ups (Males Only): Passing: 14 reps in 2 mins. Full Marks (22/22): You need to do 22 reps in 2 minutes. Form check: Keep your back straight! 3️⃣ Medical Checkup: Height Measurement (Male: 5'6" | Female: 5'2") Chest Measurement (Male: 32¾ - 34¾ inches) Eyesight Test: 6/6 (With or without glasses is acceptable).
