Kebab in Puff Pastry 🌯 Puff pastry — 1 pack Ground beef — 600 g Onion — 1/2 Paprika — 1 tsp Cumin — 1/2 tsp Cilantro — small bunch Tomato paste — 1 tsp Suluguni or mozzarella — 200 g Egg — 1 Sesame seeds Salt, pepper For the sauce: Parsley Cilantro 6 peeled tomatoes Garlic — 1 clove Red onion — 1/4 Chili — 1 Olive oil — 1 tbsp Tomato paste — 1 tbsp Lemon juice Salt, pepper, sugar Mix ground beef with finely chopped onion, paprika, cumin, cilantro, tomato paste, salt and pepper. Thread cheese onto skewers, cover with meat mixture, then wrap tightly with puff pastry. Brush with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom + convection) for 30 minutes. For the sauce blend all ingredients until smooth and serve with kebab 🤤 Kebab en hojaldre 🌯 Masa de hojaldre — 1 paquete Carne molida de res — 600 g Cebolla — 1/2 Pimentón — 1 cdta Comino — 1/2 cdta Cilantro fresco — manojo pequeño Pasta de tomate — 1 cdta Suluguni o mozzarella — 200 g Huevo — 1 Sésamo Para la salsa: Perejil Cilantro Tomates pelados — 6 Ajo — 1 diente Cebolla morada — 1/4 Chile — 1 Aceite de oliva — 1 cda Pasta de tomate — 1 cda Jugo de limón Sal, pimienta, azúcar Mezclar la carne con cebolla picada, pimentón, comino, cilantro, pasta de tomate, sal y pimienta. Insertar el queso en brochetas, cubrir con carne y envolver bien con hojaldre. Pintar con huevo, agregar sésamo. Hornear a 180°C durante 30 minutos.
