CHOCOLATE CHIP VANILLA CUPCAKES: Eggs: 2 Sugar: 3/4 cup -150g Milk: 1/2 cup -125ml Oil: 1/2 cup - 110ml Vanilla essence: 2 teaspoons All purpose flour: 1+ 1/2 cup ( 190g ) Baking powder: 1+1/2 teaspoon Salt: 1/4 teaspoon Chocolate chip: 1/2 cup INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Beat the eggs and sugar. 2. Add milk, oil and vanilla essence. 3. Add the dry ingredients in two batches and mix gently. 4. Add chocolate chips and fill the cupcake liners. 5. Bake the cupcakes at 150C for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick coms out clean. And enjoy! 😊
