The 2 2 layout might look low on privacy at first, but the seat felt surprisingly private thanks to the side screen and the cozy layout. I settled in fast. The crew set the tone right away, arriving with welcome drinks in those beautiful Sri Lankan uniforms. Service was warm, efficient, and genuinely friendly. The cabin design with its blues and oranges feels calm and understated, and the seat itself was comfortable throughout the journey. Food and drinks were impressive, and that deserves its own breakdown, so Part 2 will be a full F&B review. For the price I paid, this has to be one of the strongest business class value deals out of Dubai right now.
