@crcarpentryremodeling: This pencil is easily my favorite option on the market right now. 1. built in top facing sharpener, I can't tell you how many times I haven't sharpened my pencil from other brands because the sharpener was on the bottom. 2. Not breaking the lead when you jam it back into the sheath. 3. Unlike others, the clip actually holds onto whatever you put it on. When I had my bags made, I asked for reinforced loops because of the pencils I was using not holding onto the material. Not a problem with the tracer. 4. It feels solid and not cheap. If you've ever used an expensive pen, it's much like that feeling. I haven't thrown it across the room yet, but I can only assume it's going to hold up. #remodel #construction #contractor #DIY #carpenter
