@thetimes: Researchers at Oakland University analysed the attitudes and abilities of 202 heterosexual men, all of whom had been in a relationship for at least six months, and found that a particular strain of intelligence tended to be linked to a healthier romantic life: the capacity for fluid reasoning, which involves spotting patterns and completing sequences. Men who scored higher on these kinds of tests were less likely to have insulted their partners, displayed jealousy, or to have resorted to controlling “mate-retention” tactics — such as making a lover feel guilty in order to try to keep hold of them. Has nothing to do with pattern recognition ans everything to do with education. Less education means poorer background, poorer background = higher rates of crime. In fact poverty means 3x-4x increase in crime. So no surprise they cheat more.
