@nickyrealfood: Did you know raw milk tastes completely different when it comes straight from a small farm I visited Wilde Melk in Mijdrecht where the cows are Jerseys. Their milk is naturally richer and many of them produce the A2 protein which some people find gentler to digest. No Bovaer here. Just grass, sun and slow farming. Raw milk is alive. Enzymes. Beneficial bacteria. A flavour you never get once it is processed. When you drink it fresh you feel the difference. If you want more videos about real food and local farms stay close. #rawmilk

1) net vitamin and nutrient levels are higher due to fortification 2) enzymes and proteins get denatured in your gut anyways, they are not “lost” and actually become more bioavailable due to pasteurisation 3) you won’t get sick drinking pasteurised milk
