Fresh, tangy, crunchy, PERFECT every time! 😮‍💨 RECIPE 🥗 Romaine heart lettuce Cucumber Radish Spring onion Tomatoes (any kind you like) Black olives Pomegranate seeds Fresh mint (or dried) Fried Lebanese bread Sumac Lemon Salt Pomegranate molasses Olive oil HOW TO: • Chop all veggies into a big bowl • Add everything except the bread • Season with salt, sumac, lemon, olive oil & pomegranate molasses • Taste and adjust the sourness to your liking • Add the bread right before eating so it stays crispy ⚠️ If you’re not serving right away, keep the dressing separate so it doesn’t get soggy!
