rinse aid is almost impossible not to spill because the surface tension is EXTREMELY low

I HAVE A QUESTION🙋♀️Should we rinse dishes before loading them into the dishwasher? I have a friend who basically cleans the dishes before putting them into the dishwasher, but I saw somewhere that you shouldn’t do that because the enzymes need some food particles to “latch onto”. I’m just confused

Hey, I need your help. When I load my dishwasher, I just throw the tablet at the bottom of the machine. I started doing this when I had a tabletop dishwasher, but now I have a normal one and I still do this. Is this okay?
