Seeing all the comments about eating alone makes me think about those times my dad would get home and he’d be sitting in the kitchen alone, my heart couldn’t take it and I would always go sit with him and asked him about his day, he always said he had a good day, now I see all the things that were prob going thru his head, me not knowing everything he went thru to put some bread in our table. This happened to me recently about my Christmas bonus. My father asked if I could help pay the remaining balance for the land of our home lot. Before he asked, I had already planned to buy a phone, so I hesitated at first. But then I reflected deeply and realized that when we were still children, he worked tirelessly for us and spent all his salary on our needs. That made me understand how much he truly loves us his family. [weep]
