The GLP-1 made my body respond (finally) to a calorie deficit and exercise- I don’t think I’d be as successful if I wasn’t active and ate whatever. I was also insulin resistant though too.

as a glp user.. id argue that lifestyle and med can go hand in hand. after i was on glp1 and cpap... i could sleep, not eat, concentrate, do everythong better. lost 50 lbs. i feel 20 yrs younger

Great! I was unable to use them because even though I am overweight, my A1Cs made me unqualified because I didn't fall into pre-diabetic.

It’s wild. I’ve lost 40lbs since July! I’ve been overweight my ENTIRE life, have lupus, lipedema and had ovarian cancer and could never lose weight no matter how hard I tried. It’s magic.

This is so needed! Never in my life have I had a normal relationship with food. I started a GLP-1 10 months ago and am able to eat what I want in moderation and stop when full. No guilt or shame. Down 101 lbs.
