I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder in 2017 due to estrogen dominance I have terrible flares that caused such terrible vertigo dizziness due to vestibular issues from inflammation like Mère‘s disease .Now I’m in perimenopause and my symptoms had gotten better over the last 6 to 8 years but over this last year, all of my symptoms have been triggered and I’ve gotten worse. It’s been so bad. I was recently tested for MS thinking something was really wrong with me, but it wasn’t that it was pure menopause and the hormone fluctuations are causing me to flare. It’s been terrible now I’m having terrible headaches vertigo I can’t drive swelling of lymph nodes weight gain. I’m on HRT and I’m wanting to know if I can take DIM with progesterone since I’m still estrogen dominant according to my blood tests.

So basically more fibre to feed gut bacteria helping you to poop = to excretion of the excess’s used oestrogen= less of those horrible symptoms?
