I used soft gel for months but it would always lift on the edges no matter what. My nail tech switched me to hard gel and I’ve used it for 6+ months with no issue! Everyone is different!?

I wanna try hard gel so badly. I’m loving builder gel so far but I feel like it’s just gonna keep kinda chipping at the ends. Buttttt I’m too nervous to get something tgat can’t be soaked off. I feel like I’d file too far

I bought the kinetics hard gel in the bottle and got it yesterday and used it! It is amazing!!! I’m always peeling my builder gel and such but my nails feel so much stronger and the gel itself is so easy to use!!

What brand cat eye was that at the end? Also personally I’m a polygel girly. I have bendy nails and used to be a chronic biter but the thickness and strength from polygel has allowed my natural nails to grow super long so I apply and shape it just like you would for acrylic if you used tips or forms. I only use clear polygel so I always get a full cure and I paint over it w reg soft gels. The thick formula is way easier for me to apply to both hands myself than builder or potted gels or acrylic.

As a girlie on a nail health journey, hard gel did not work with my weak and bendy nails. I needed a gel that had more flexibility. With hard gel I had listing after a week.
