Will this technique also work if you use a harness to walk your dog instead of a collar? My dog has a tiny head and slips out of collars so easily

mine doesn't really care if I stop. he'll range within the bounds of the leash and sniff everything for an hour then watch the neighbours walk around the rest of the day.

hey i don’t usually support the use of tools such as prongs, head halters, e collars, but this is genuinely beautiful work with a prong collar.

I wish more people would understand that a dog well behaved while out on a leash, makes for a stress free walk. Almost all the dogs in my neighborhood lunge and pull their owners all over the place.

Mine doesn't care, if I stop she starts running the other way and push to the end of the leash. We have a 2 m leash and an 8 meters and has tension with both ALL THE TIME.
