Can you dispute that review since it was based on two things that were never included as amenities in your listing? That feels like rating someone low for not having a pool when there was no pool advertised in the listing?

MMmmmmm.. yep! :
So guests are expected to clean the walls and backsplash? This is why I stay in hotels

3 for cleanliness is too high. putting dirty dishy away in the cabinets should be a 1 star

Exactly why I stopped using VRBO. Not worth it to me with the quality of guests, and even worse the customer support when the guests are awful!

Kinda curious to know what happened to the missing plates. Stolen? Broken? Damaged? 🤔

Vrbo has worse communication imo 😭 also I feel like people only use that when running from Airbnb for whatever reason

I don’t understand why guests put dirty dishes back in the kitchen drawers and cabinets. It adds so much more work 😩

Ugh that sucks to know that hosts don’t like Vrbo guests as much because we love booking through Vrbo because we can find more pet friendly listings on there!

I didn't know how much reviews meant to a host until your videos. from now on if its not a 5 star, I just don't review them at all. I've only ever left one 3 or 4 star cuz the pictures looked like they had a deck that went to the lake to fish off. I booked for this reason. but whenever we got there the lake had receded so much it was a good 100 yards of swampy mess to walk through to reach the lake
