Well it's because Endeavor caused Dabi. Like that's literally the reason. Endeavor fans like to disconnect him from the actions Dabi takes after not only being traumatized but after Dabi attempts to go back to give him and his mom a second chance and sees he's still abusing Shoto even though Shoto is the child he asked for.

I think you missed the point of Davi’s story. He had a good quirk and a good relationship with his dad but then his found out his quirk was self destructive and immediately Endevor effectively stopped stopped being nice to him and started treating him like garbage yet never told Touta why. He believed his dad viewed him as a mistake, as a failure and as worthless as common garbage. Even when Touya “died” his dad was supposed to be on top of the mt with him and had he been there would have saved him. Then he survived and went back thinking his dad had changed after the tragedy of losing his son but he didn’t which to him all but confirmed Touya was nothing to him. The reason Dabi hated heroes and did so much evil was because he believed all heroes were like Endeavour, selfish and abusive narcissists that didn’t care about anything that didn’t benefit them.
