From personal experience this works. It takes time to cook and depending on who it is, it might hurt you just as bad inside. But as long as you stay strong if they genuinely love you theyll come back and apologize sincerely to you. And that apology will almost always be genuine and it will feel so amazing to not only have that person back but also respect you properly as well.
