Butter (softened) 1/4 C. Marshmallow Fluff Pinch of Salt 1/2 tsp. Peppermint Extract 1/2 tsp. Vanilla 1 TBS. Water 2-3 C. Powdered Sugar 2 C. Chocolate (I used Dark) In a bowl cream together the butter, marshmallow fluff, extracts, and salt til fully combined. Add the water and powdered sugar, mix together; if your dough is still sticky after adding sugar slowly add in more powdered sugar about 1TBS at a time til it forms a dough you can handle. Next roll out small balls, flatten, and put it on your pan. Freeze for 1 hour. Melt chocolate and dip frozen patties place back onto pan. Freezer the peppermint patties again for another 5 minutes to allow the chocolate to set. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. 🥰 Make them festive for treat gifting by simply adding colorful toppings like sprinkles, crushed candy canes, or even just plain.
