Been in a 6th floor walk up in NYC for 28 years. I also have dogs. Keeps me in great shape. I love tbe natural light and the fact that no one is stomping above me. And no ones tub will overflow on me. LOVE my apartment so much!!

My daughter moved to NYC in Sept. I helped her find a place (not for the weak)! I highly, highly recommend asking current tenants their thoughts and if they like it (if at all possible). A girl literally saved us from a HUGE mistake. It was in WV next to L’Industrie. We were so excited about the place and about to go back to hotel to submit an application, but we luckily saw a girl walk in as we were leaving and asked her how she liked living there. She hated it and told us all about it. We really thought it could be the one, so she truly saved us.
