We made a confirmed reservation specifically for the lobster AYCE and drove a long distance to come here. After being seated, we were told that due to a staff error, our reservation was not marked as AYCE, and the restaurant did not have enough lobster to honor it. The staff even called the owner/manager, but no reasonable solution or compensation was offered. Instead, we were pushed to order a crab set, which is not what we came for. The mistake was entirely on the restaurant’s side, yet the inconvenience was placed on the customer. The attitude from the staff was also poor, with no sincere apology or accountability. If a restaurant cannot honor confirmed reservations for a promoted AYCE offering, that speaks volumes about its service and management. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
