@carlosmurray706: I use the Holiday Haul Bearbro Multi-Functional FID Bench in my garage and it delivers real value. I press heavy so I need stability. This bench supports 1000 pounds and stays solid under load. I switch from incline to decline to flat in seconds. I use the hyper back extension and Roman chair setup for my lower back and core. The ab sit up position keeps my midline strong. The built-in dumbbell storage keeps my space organized and saves floor room. I train in a small area with other equipment so I need gear that fits tight. This bench meets that need. Assembly took a few minutes. The materials feel high quality for the price. I use this bench for chest work, ab sessions, back extensions, and full body circuits. The adjustments let me follow any training phase. If you want one bench that handles strength work and accessory work without taking over your space, this one delivers. I recommend it for home gyms and outdoor setups. #adjustablebench #multifunctionalbench #gymequipment #tiktokshopholidayhaul #holidayhaul
