I’ve had 4 spine surgeries now fused l1-s1 as well as c456 I struggle so much physically and now mentally I’m struggling wear an afo use a can and have loss of function of left leg from knee down I need some hope

I am in this same position right now and I don't know what to do or where to start. My back hurts so bad. Life is miserable. I can't stand too long nor sit 😭💔Whenever I do new workouts a different part of my body starts hurting, glutes, knees, ankles, feet. I don't know what to do. 😭💔
