Parking lots are cash printers but so hard to get into. Because ppl never sell and if they do sell it’s for an insane price and the average joe doesn’t have first dibs. They offer their friends first.

absolutely. i know a guy that was a cab driver on Miami. he had this one client that he drove for everytime he flew into Miami. he owned the lot next to the airport. everytime the driver picked him up from the airport he would ask if he could buy the property. eventually the owner said yes. so he bought the property. the city of miami sued him claiming the property had to go to auction because it wasn't fair that no one else got the opportunity to buy the property. they went to court and the can driver won the case against the city if Miami. the man built a parking lot and is rolling in cash.
