this kind of entitlement ticks me off so bad 😑 I mentioned to my partner (who I'd been with for a few weeks at the time) in passing that my fan had broken and he gave me an old one from out of his shed. It was dusty and covered in spider webs and I was so thankful! I was just super happy to have a fan again, especially when I didn't ask
