He sounds like he realised that parenting was harder than working full time and decided to use it as an out. I was eager to get back to work because staying at home with my baby was so taxing and I'm a Mom. The least he could do is be present and supportive when he is at home but he clearly doesn't enjoy it.

I know starting a new job and learning everything is mentally draining… but just chilling on his phone all the time when he is not at work is not okay. I don’t think he is an AH for taking the job, but he definitely is for doing nothing outside of his work hours … especially on weekends…
