@uwilknov: Will I ever (day bounce). First time I heard that on eaJ’s Singapore stop during rehearsal time, I thought, why all of a sudden is he rehearsing that song? The other stops didn’t have it on the setlist. I was like, oh, maybe he’s just playing around (?). Then when the show started and this song started playing, I couldn’t say a word… couldn’t even cry because I had to process all of it. But after the show was over, I couldn’t help myself, I kept humming this song (even after I went back to work) 😭 And on Friday last week, I felt like I wanted to disappear and cry. I felt hurt and mad because of the jokes my coworkers and friends often throw at me. I felt like I shouldn’t be upset… like I was being childish.. but I just couldn’t help it. I kept feeling this heaviness in my chest. So I kept playing the fancam until my battery got low, on transjakarta after office hours, all the way from cibubur to blok M 🥲 I kept crying when he sang “I hate all my feelings” “tired of being so numb” and “wanna feel like everyone does” 🥲 because lately, my self-esteem’s been getting low 🥲 and I just feel dumb 🥲 Or maybe I’m just too sensitive. And today, this song finally came out. I don’t have to keep replaying the fancam lol. ALSO, I think (imo) this is the only eaJ song where, even though I first heard it live, I REALLY like the studio version too.
