I know its not an immediate concern but hysterectomy will help with adeno but might not help with your endo. Please make sure to research it a bit more b4 u take that step. Best of luck!

Sounds like a good plan. Unless your consultant can get their radiologist to do it, I would pay extra for the images to be reviewed by a BSGE radiographer. I had an MRI on NHS which showed nothing major, had the same images looked at privately (around £150) and they diagnosed stage 4 endometriosis. I used Dr Balogun in Birmingham - she is very highly rated for endometriosis patients. Wishing you the best.
