I have 2 male cats that fight a lot. Now little back story-I slipped 2 discs in my back and can barely walk. Lots of pain. Back to my cats. One day they started fighting and usually we separate them because if we don’t they actually hurt each other. This particular day I was the only one home and in too much pain to get up and separate them. So instead I I hissed and meowed at them. They stopped and looked at me and so I did it again and they both looked down and SO ASHAMED of themselves. They turned their backs to each other and kept looking at me sideways while keeping their heads down. I did it again and they laid down and hid their faces. I was shocked. I’ve never seen them look so ashamed. All I could think was “wtf did I just say to them?!” 😂

You guys laugh at that hey, i've watched my dogs and cats grieve when their brother sisters have passed away and I watched them grieve when my mom passed. it's a real thing and birds can actually even kill themselves, Stop eating or pull all their feathers out. But you're right, it's only people that grieve.

parrots are monogamous so the animal is lonely if the humans give little attentions. why get a parrot if you don't could give it what it need? and yes they could starve them self to ☠️, specially if it's a grey jacko. sadly many get abused because they are popular, but people don't know what they need and that they get very old😪

naaaaahhh having a parrot in a apartment is evil. I feel bad about my cats and sometimes my guinea pig is loud enough that im embarrassed. (but also I love parrots and would 100% love this)
