The worst terminal ever!!! Who designs a down ramp from the baggage area to the street for passenger pickup? All that baggage and cart to walk down that ramp! 😩

All airports in the Philippines should have long ago made every walkway and access road step-free for wheelchair users. It’s basic, it’s obvious, and it’s the law. The fact that many still fail to implement proper accessibility shows a serious lack of competence and accountability.🫤

my first time in 2009 we landed around 11pm by time we got thru customs and security it was almost 1am I swear it seemed like 5000 people at the airport and double the amount outside waiting for their loved ones. seems like morning times is less busy
