This is why Tarantino’s characters are always like ridiculous caricatures of those in good cinema. He doesn’t understand that not every character is supposed to be a badass killer assassin or whatever. Some people are weak, some are strong, some are brave, some are cowards. That’s reality, that’s life. If Tarantino had done TWBB, Eli Sunday probably would have been in a 10 minute shootout with Daniel at the end full of hard zooms and other nonsense.

haven't seen it. the movie I remember Dano in was 12 years a slave and he made me hate his character. Jack Gleeson did same in game of thrones with Joffrey. to me, that's a good actor. if you can make the character real- that's the point.
