@ashleyjames: Nick is such a good sport for always filming reels with me, but today I wanted to properly acknowledge him. He’ll probably hate this – and he certainly doesn’t need my seal of approval – but as my unofficial work husband, I’m giving it anyway. This morning on his LBC show I found myself genuinely proud listening to him defend trans rights in light of the devastating decisions by both Girlguiding and the WI to no longer accept trans women – and not for the first time recently. It means so much when someone so established – and let’s be honest, white and male – cuts through the noise of the culture wars and stands up for inclusion. We don’t agree on everything (who does?), but seeing people use their platform to do the right thing… it makes me proud. 😊 #fyp
