Remember those are not all the symptoms! So don’t self-diagnose guys!! I was diagnosed 6 years ago with BPD and honestly there’s much more to it. In the beginning i was diagnosed with depression but it was not it. After a month I had way longer conversation with psychiatrist and it turned out I had bpd. Just remember there’s more to it, and I wish y’all not to have that disorder cause it’s not something you wish to have 😭

I've looked into bpd so much and genuinely think I have it but my mother would never take me to get tested for mental disorders so I'll never truly know

I’m sat here bawling my eyes out at this. I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. Everyday is so draining idk how to cope, even with mood stabilisers

half of these are just taking things we already knew were symptoms and rephrasing 😭 who with bpd didn't know chronic abandonment/ betrayal feelings were part of it, that's literally one of the first things they tell u is one of the biggest parts😭
