Best garage door opener. Have this installed in my garage for years now. Works great and very functional. Backup battery built in for power outages. You can operate with an app as well. Worth every penny. Don’t wait.

I’ve had those for a decade and have put them in every house. So quiet. Secure. Not a problem in a power failure. Easy to unlock and disengage. The do make models with battery backup too. They are especially good for high lift/high ceiling garages. No center track to be in the way.

Sure, but I had 2 of the 3 door lock fail in the first 4 years. I just removed them. They are too unreliable. Wait until it locks you out.

Now if you use those composite rubber roller wheels, you would have almost no sound with the door opening!!

Even if you don't have that lock on your side mount opener the door will still be locked because it is attached to the torsion tube.

the locks do tend to fail to luckily it is a standard 12v car part called a door lock actuator in a pretty liftmaster housing, i have replaced them for about $10 off Amazon.

We have one and it works fine as long as you are good with having the SLOWEST opening garage door! I despise it as I end up sitting there every time.
