@ai.for.real.life: Kling just dropped their new 2.6 model and now it can generate full video with sound. Voice, ambience, little sound effects, all baked right into the clip. I’ve seen other models try this before like Veo 3.1, Sora 2, and some of the Runway updates, so I wanted to see if Kling actually brought anything new to the table. I ran a few quick prompts to test it out and the results were pretty interesting. Some clips came out way cleaner than I expected, especially with the motion and the sound syncing. And a couple of them were hilarious in the best way possible. But that’s how it goes when you’re testing new AI video tools. What makes this update cool is that you no longer have to piece together your visuals in one model, your sound in another, and then try to match them in editing. For fast drafts, mockups, concept scenes, and short TikTok style clips, having sound built into the generation speeds everything up. If you’ve used Kling before, you already know how strong it is with camera movement, action shots, and character motion. Adding sound puts it closer to models like Veo, Sora, and some of the new multimodal video systems that everyone has been watching. It’s not perfect yet, but it’s definitely worth testing if you’re an AI creator. I’m going to push it more over the next few days. Different lighting, dialogue scenes, slow motion, multiple characters, all that stuff.
