Horse expert here: I’ve found through extensive research, and careful experimentation, that the only way to guarantee shoes stay on feet is to sacrifice to the equestrian gods every night at exactly 9:32pm while performing a dressage test in full horse cosplay. Hope this helps🫶🏼

You have to date a farrier. It’s honestly the best

sounds counter productive, but waiting for it to get a little darker out and going out with a flashlight makes it a bit easier cause when it catches the shoe it reflects!

Double overreach boots. A smaller snug fitting pair but still go below the heel and then a bigger pair over the top that touch the floor

oversized material overreach boots! So they touch the floor, worked amazing for mine when he went through a phase of pulling shoes every other day! ☺️

As unfortunate as it is, the bell boots that you have to PULL ON not the Velcro ones actually work will for those that pull them off…

Duct tape at the bottom of overreach boots to the hoof stops them moving will wear down but should last if you out enough on

if her overreach boots keep coming off you could try mud fever/turnout boots, keeps her legs dry as well so win win lol

I’ve found that putting 2 pairs of boots on helps, I put a slightly bigger pair on first so they touch the floor then a smaller pair on the top to hold the bottom set down, my horse wears bar shoes and can’t risk them coming off.

Neoprene over reach boots are the best plus go up a size so it goes to the floor
