i really love the clear lungs tea - working my way through the first bag now and it’s been so helpful for my chronic bronchitis/asthma. have you ever worked with vasaka leaf? my local tea seller mentioned it as something that works great with mullein, but she had a hard time keeping it in stock a few years back so discontinued it.

Mine came in the mail this morning!!! Perfect timing too since I had to call out for my cough and a constant rattle in my chest. Currently a few sips in and it has already soothed the tickle in my throat, and I already coughed up a glob of mucus and it felt so good to get out. Girl this is a MIRACLE TEA

I received this a week ago I have been drinking 1 cup a day, it has helped with my sinuses and chest. this "flu bug" is different. I do add a teaspoon of local honey and ½ teaspoon of monk fruit the flavor is nice.
