You guys are going to love these😮💨✨ FULL RECIPE👇🏽 Ingredients: 110g unsalted butter, softened 50g margarine 100g white sugar 120g light brown sugar 1 large egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 200g plain flour 1 tsp cornflour ½ tsp baking soda ¼ tsp baking powder ¼ tsp salt 25g cocoa powder 150g chocolate chunks (½ milk, ½ dark) Method: 1. Place butter, margarine andsugars in a large bowl. Beat for 2–3 minutes until smooth, creamy, and fluffy. Add 1 egg and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Mix just until combined). 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together; flour, cornflour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Gradually fold dry mix into wet mixture using a spatula until a thick dough forms. Add chocolate chunks, Gently fold so chunks are evenly distributed. 3. Divide dough into 8-10 equal portions. Freeze 2–3 hours until solid. 4. Preheat to 180°C (fan 170°C). Place frozen cookies on lined tray. Bake 12–14 min, until edges look set but centres slightly underbaked.
