Alix Earl is actually a great example of this. She's obviously very wealthy and successful, but her content isn't focused on "luxary brands" or "facy things". It's almost sprinkled into the background because it part of her life. She still seams relatable and likable despite having a life we could only dream of.

I do think money changes people. I know it would change me. It would mean not stressing everyday, not making payment arrangements for bills, not struggling every damn day. My heart would stay the same, but I could be a little lighter and happier.

Hot take and personal opinion: buying massive amounts of designer stuff (bags, shoes, cars just for the label) isn’t because of the “quality” of the item but merely to show your “status”. To me, there’s no reason to spend thousands of dollars on something unless the root of it is to show status. I love this video!

So cause you don’t want to go spend that much money and you choose to not buy expensive things and still use coupons….then other people should not do it either? That’s the message I got out of this. You just said you shouldn’t share your income yet you start talking about how you make more money 10x more and how you are saving it for your kids college and retirement etc. that’s no different then someone saying how they bought a new purse. That’s rubbing it in someone’s face who can’t afford to save for their kids college. This whole video makes no sense other than you being envious.
