Love that you recommend running 2 minutes slower than race pace! Should this be the case for long runs as well as recovery runs? or should long runs be closer to race pace? thoughts? thank you!

I started fueling recently and I run slow, 17 min miles, I fuel at 20-24 mins and then 45-50 mins is that okay? So far recovery has been a lot easier since I started fueling. I also drink 16oz of water in a span of 1 hour.
