Correct! Please cross examine us at least a little. Dated a guy and everytime I told him something about myself he responded “OK” and then would talk about himself. When I finally told him he doesn’t really know me he said that isn’t true! WTF

I just auditioned to be the lead singer of an all male touring rock band. Wonderful musicians, but didn’t ask me ONE question. ZERO curiosity about my experience. I nailed the audition but sent a message saying “no thanks.” I can’t tour with these boring men.

True story. Talk about theirselves for 10 minutes? I wish that were the case. They ask no questions and the entire date is them talking about themselves. And even when you try to interject something about yourself into his monologue he brushes it aside and continues talking about himself. I've been single 23 years for all the reasons. thanks for trying to help guys out but that is something that they need to do because they want to do, not because it's something that they should do to make themselves seem like they're more interested in you than they actually are. If the guy was interested in who are he would want to know all about you and not have to be told to ask questions. They're only there for XES. Period
