@themodernnonna: 🤯 Japanese sweet potato 🍠 & cheese! I baked mine at 400F (poked it with a knife before baking) for about 1 hour and 15 min. Bake until caramelized and a knife 🔪 goes through. OK, so this version was so much better than just a standard sweet potato and cheese… I made one of these last week and I just used standard cheddar cheese sticks and it was divine!!
