I feel bad for the restaurants on colfax. La abeja owner told me since the colfax construction started, his sales have gone down by 50%, they’re not sure they’ll be open much longer.

Tarascos and their sister restaurant Khalos are gems! Great selection for vegetarian and vegan too! Their melon Agua frescas is my favorite!

You should go to La Abeja on E. Colfax and Pennsylvania. It’s a hole in the wall but they have great Mexican food.
