If you got prescribed emgality (i also take it) let it sit out until it gets to room temp & then inject, also wait for the alcohol wipe to dry!

I suffered from terrible migraines too. It sucks. I have a migraine cap that I always put in the freezer and when I have one, it helps a bunch!

i take nurtec for my migraines, cause i struggle with them too😭 after taking about 30 minutes later it’s completely gone. it’s literally a live saver!!!
