I’m a new celiac (and found out on accident because I don’t really have many symptoms so when I do have gluten I feel okay) if it says gluten free on the package is it certified celiac safe? Everything I got at tJs says gluten free on it

I would get glutened over and over again with Trader Joes... so I simply stopped eating anything from there 😔

Alsooooo the amount of unnecessary ingredients . People with autoimmune diseases deffo need to focus on what they’re putting in their body beside being gluten free. I’m a Whole Foods girl all the way. 😫

Anything with oats - and a lot of their products have oats. They have been tested by gluten free watchdog and they’re definitely on the higher side of legally Gf.

I get sick from most Trader Joe’s “gluten free” foods. The only ones I don’t get sick from are the Indian food frozen meals

I thought it was just me—their GF cookie dough makes me EXTREMELY sick! Their GF muffins also don’t sit right with my stomach, or their GF cheez-it dupes—I got sick many times before I learned my lesson.

I have an anaphylactic reaction to nuts and I can’t tell you the amount of times I’ve had allergic reactions from their foods that have said they were nut free. And I’m not allergic to anything else and the foods didn’t have ANY other ingredients in common 😳

I I as diagnosed with celiac from a biopsy and scope, 6 months later I found out it’s alsoooo a true allergy to wheat because I had an anaphylactic reaction to a gf baguette from Trader Joe’s… terrifying experience!
