opening an account in your spouses name/account is identity theft/fraud if he used her account/ss#. To obtain evidence put an alert on that card that anytime that card is used, you will immediately get an alert and the time it is swiped. This would give you the place (motel/hotel) where it is being used. Then I would go to the hotel filming and get the hotel number from the clerk and knock on the door. This way, I have filmed evidence (him physically) in the hotel room. Then file a report to the police dept to document the fraud. Call the credit company and dispute all charges. Then take put all the money they have together so he can't spend anymore of the money. Get a lawyer and file for divorce. Have lawyer also look into filing identity theft against your husband and fraud or at the least use it as a bargaining chip to get everything you want out of the divorce or you will report him and it could be a felony.
