"l had to shoot him" ? They clearly said they knew who he was...the worst that would have happened is that he got away and was picked up later....although l think the pepper spray wouldn't have let him get too far. power seeking,temper,adrenalin and dealing with the incident the complete opposite of how he would have been trained to do.

In the uk!! They have to let them walk away with items!! They just have to inform police and that’s it!! Never is it worth taking someone’s life and ruin all the families!! Never

I don't agree shooting someone already on the ground and pepper sprayed was a necessity. the guy stole something which he shouldn't have but he wasn't threatening or abusive that I could make out.
