As a dental hygienist, your flossing technique gets an A+. For your toothpaste, a pea sized amount is all you need. You shouldn’t be adding that mush pressure with your powered toothbrush because it can cause gum recession over time. You should angle your toothbrush head towards the gums slightly and let it sit for 2-3 seconds to do the work, then move onto the next area and repeat. When you add pressure and move the brush back and forth, you are counteracting the movement of the brush.

No me agrado como usa el hilo, siento que mete más comida al barrer varias veces para arriba, si no estoy mal es meter el hilo, barrer hacia abajo, barrer para delate para quitar de el hilo lo que salió y luego volverlo a meter sin restos, 🤔 o lo he echo mal todo este tiempo 😳

Este hilo dental es especial para brackets. Para que no hagas todas las maniobras. Tiene una parte blanda para meterla entre los brackets y el hilo normal 😁
