I so appreciate how vulnerable she is being in talking about her phobias! It should actually be very empowering for people to watch because someone is willing to show who they truly are and recognizes that people might be experiencing the same thing or if not, the people that love them will love them anyway and not judge. We all have our issues and hiding them can makes us feel alone and ashamed.

He’s right. One way to combat the phobia is exposure therapy and with technology she really doesn’t have to deal with it. Trauma exposes the phobia often times. And btw: she’s so funny.
