@_lacebakes_: BREADY FOR THE HOLIDAYS: Christmas Tree Focaccia 🎄 My top tips for festive focaccia art: 🎄Pop any excessively big bubbles in the dough so they don’t ruin the pattern 🎄Liberally oil any herbs/veggies to help prevent them from burning. 🎄Along that same note, slightly reduce normal oven temp so toppings don’t burn. I normally bake my focaccia darker than this, but I always pull it out a bit early for focaccia art! 🎄If making a tree pattern like this with rosemary, remove the big stems before cutting (some needles will be left behind, and tons of flavour too). 🎄 Accept that no matter what you do, the design will always look better BEFORE it’s baked.
