@anarchylolo420_: When I first got my dentures, I was so confused on how I use the adhesive, what’s the best adhesive for me, etc. I did get lucky in the way of I have two close family members with dentures (their tops, I had to figure out the bottoms) so I had plenty of guidance on what to use, how to use it, all that. The main reason for this video is bc of the judgmental stigma ppl face about not having ‘perfect’ teeth these days, it’s understandable that ppl don’t want to share that they even have dentures. So, this is for y’all. No matter WHY you lost your teeth (substance-use, genetics, prescribed medication, vitamin deficiencies) EVERYBODY deserves a smile they love and to look in the mirror without self-disgust and shame. Having dentures doesn’t make you ugly & it doesn’t make you less than ANYBODY. Nobody will understand the struggle of the body dysmorphia and self-identity crisis that comes with losing your teeth. It’s barbaric and dehumanizing. So maybe it’s time to stop judging people for the quality of their teeth & start focusing on the quality of your soul & morals 💖 #dentures #teethtok #toothless #denturesatayoungage #HealingJourney
